**~Baby Pictures~** **~From this..... to this!~**

I recently found a box of all my baby pictures and was very relieved to find that they hadn't been destroyed! This first picture is the "album" they have been stored in for years..... it's sad I know! LOL Sit back and prepare for this journey as I take you from this "sad little plastic album" to a fully-revived scrapbook!!! There are only a few pages completed so far so be patient as I complete them.... : )
When I opened this little "album" this is what I found.... cracked pages... lop-sided photos... no journaling... no embellishments of any kind.... I guess this just goes to show you how far we've come with how we take care of our photos... our memories... our stories.....
Page #1... this is my mom... Joyce.... and her new baby girl at only nine days old! Yes... that's me! : ) A few weeks ago I had found several MM (Making Memories) paper packs at a Big Lots not too far from here.... I love the Pink & Green combo so that made it really easy to decide what colors I wanted to do in this album! I used everything from a Fiskars edger, "Skittles", buttons, Cricut machine with "George" cart, eyelets & ribbon.... I simply matted the photos onto color coordinating cardstock (same for the tag behind the large photo!)... cut the flowers on my Cricut obviously using various sizes....

The smaller picture in the bottom right corner is my mom, me, her friend Jan and her son Tommy. Obviously I don't remember this but they are fun to look at!

Picture #2... again this is my mom and me.... for this page I used the following.... tiny Prima flowers, "Skittles", ribbon, Cricut maching with "George" cart, Cuttle Bug with Swiss Dots folder & "Treading Water" punch...
Picture #3... this is my dad and me... we are both sound asleep! : ) I used my Cricut to make a six-layer flower and added a metal tag that has "dream" engraved into it. I attached the tag and the ribbon with a basic pink brad. The smaller flowers are tiny Primas with a "Skittle" attached in the centers... these are attached to the page with "pop-dots". I also used the infamous "Treading Water" punch by Fiskars! This is a "HOT" item that is most elusive.... trying to find this punch is like trying to find a needle in a haystack! LOL Again... I used my Cuttle Bug with the "Swiss Dots" folder and I also used the "Spots & Dots" folder...

I'll post more as I go.... with several at a time.... Thanks for looking and if you have any comments or suggestions.... Please feel free to leave them!!!

Congrats on your treasure that you found! I wish that there were more photos of me as a child.
